Scammers are actively impersonating the Department of Social Development (DSD) using fraudulent email domains like @dsdtenderrfq.online to distribute fake Requests for Quotation (RFQs). One recent example uses the fake contact Zikhona Sodika with a fabricated RFQ email offering a supply opportunity for urgent goods delivery.

Once you quote, they issue a fake purchase order.

After delivery, the scammers vanish. You lose the goods and money.
